Goodbye Wesley! :)

I can't believe it! The year is officially over! I have had such a blast teaching you Media Literacy this year. I have really enjoyed working with each of you boys and girls!

Thank you sooooo much for the lovely card and your thoughtful messages. I will reach each of them. Parents, thank you for your lovely gifts as well. I will miss you as I ventured back to university to work on my Masters. Keep working hard and loving Jesus and others.

I hope you have a wonderful, fun and safe summer.

Take care and God bless!

Yearbook: Monday, June 10, 2012

Task 1: Check rubrics
Task 2: File all work
Task 3: Read Miss Hoover's note
Task 4: Work on Yearbook

Hi Everyone,

Five Major Things:

1. Borders on pictures - everyone has just left them white - add some colour,
change the thickness, etc.

2. Clip art - try to liven up pages using some clipart, but not the same clipart on
every page - you should have 2-3 clipart on most pages.

3. All pages should be saved to remote storage at the end of today.

4. All old copies of pages in remote storage should be deleted. Make sure only
your final good copy is saved. (Save your final, final, final copy as name of page -
for example - Sports, Music, Grade 1B - if you have multiple pages (sports, music,
graduation, care and share, etc.) name them the name of page followed by a number to
represent the page - for example - Sports 1, Sports 2, Music 1, Music 2, etc.

5. Email me about each of your pages and tell me the status: I made all
corrections and saved to remote storage; I am not finished, I need…, etc.

I am impressed and hopeful that this will all be completed by the end of the school
year - so far you are doing a fabulous job and we still have next Monday.

Thanks,
Ms. Hoover
