Grade 7 Media Literacy Project:
Time-Lapse

Instructions: Create a Time-Lapse using Photo Booth, iPhoto and iMovie on your iMac.

Video Component: Each Monday (first Media Literacy period), film a maximum of 30 seconds of your profile. You must show your face. You may bring in props; however, at least 80% of your video must be of your face. Props must be appropriate (nothing violent, crude) and are allowed during the video only. Props must be put away at the end of filming and not taken out again. Props must not be taken out in other classes (i.e. French).

*Miss Ali will give you a specific timeframe to film you video. If you do not complete your filming in the timeframe given, you will not be given more time to film. So, stay on task and keep focused.

Caption Component: Write a 1 to 2 sentence caption explaining what you were feeling and what happened on each day. You must include the date on each entry. You must save all entries in 1 Microsoft Word document. Make sure you save it properly each time. If you do not, you could lose your work!
