Understanding of Intended Audience Are the colour, images, vocabulary level appropriate for my audience? (Adults, children or both)
o   Do the colours, pictures and design ‘match’ my audience? If it is for children: Do you use words children can understand?
o   Are the images professional?
o   Do I use slang words?

Understanding of Intended Purpose (How does the design advertise your animal?)
o   Do I include necessary information about my animal that zoo visitors should know? Use your research sheet here.
o   Do I have information from all the categories on my research sheet in my Glog>
o   Do I include images or information that do not relate to my animal that take away from the Intended Purpose?

Glog Conventions (Have I included…)
o   embedded video
o   photographs,
o   moving images
o   links
o   pictures

Design and detail  (How do the conventions promote the purpose rather than distract or confuse?)
o   Are my images too crowded? Are there enough?
o   Is my background too colourful/has too many images?
o   Do I use too much colour? Is it not colourful enough?

Log of Resources (Did I include my log of resources? Is my log completed with the Type of Media, Website, Date Accessed?)
o   Did I hand-in my Log?
o   Are all my resources logged?
o   Are all the boxes are filled in properly and completely?

Check to see if your Glog includes all of these things to achieve a Level 3. A Level 4 achievement level goes above and beyond these expectations.

Good luck!
